Scheduling Administrative Tasks

that helps you to schedule any application to run at a preset
time. Using the options available in Scheduled Tasks, you can:

Change the schedule for a task.

Stop a scheduled task after it has started or before it starts.

on batteries or delay the task until the computer has been idle
for a certain time.
